decoupler-GPU: dcg

decoupler.mt contains different statistical methods to extract biological activities [BiMVSB+22]. rapids_singlecell.dcg accelerates some of these methods.

dcg.mlm	Multivariate Linear Model (MLM).
dcg.ulm	Univariate Linear Model (ULM).
dcg.aucell	Area Under the Curve for set enrichment within single cells (AUCell).
dcg.waggr	Weighted Aggregate (WAGGR).
dcg.zscore	Z-score (ZSCORE).
